  7. NOTE: FRCE designation is dependent on submission of an official FRCE letter of attestation (LOA) signed by the hospital CEO and local EMS Medical Director.

    • A formal document signed by the facility's leadership, affirming their commitment to meet the FRCE program criteria.
    • Acts as an official acknowledgment of the facility's intention to achieve recognition.
